Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

  • The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
  • You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, email us at thebillicompany@tervigon.com with your order details and clear images showing the defect or damage.

Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, we’ll share detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Do not ship your return without prior confirmation – such packages will not be accepted.
  • If eligible, we will either arrange a pickup or provide a return shipping label.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defect, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at thebillicompany@tervigon.com. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product integrity and safety, we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Items that are not defective or damaged.
  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
  • Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., shampoos, oils) due to safety concerns.
  • Gift cards and items purchased on sale.

Refund Policy

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
